The Ngorongoru Crater is home to many animals, and the vastness allows for great views. You can’t get as close as you can in other parks, but you do get a much better perspective on how the animals interact and co-exist. It was also the place we saw a lot of cool birds, though neither of us are bird watchers, so I’m afraid we don’t actually know what most of them are!
Mikumi is an altogether difference experience, with high grass. Its also home to forest elephants, which are much smaller than the ones you normally see in Africa, Its also the place we saw two Girafe having a neck fight, which was pretty amazing.
